Merry Christmas!
I made two blog posts this December. I can't say I'm very impressed with that. But December this year has been a weird one. I had a little hospital visit, which meant I missed an event I was looking forward to. Then actual real life work was super busy, and December just...disappeared.
It's been a good month. A busy and hectic month, but lovely. I love this time of year, and the run up to Christmas is my absolute favourite. Having some time to relax has actually made me realise how much I love this little hobby of mine. I hope in 2017 to post more about my travels and the things I'm enjoying.
I had a lovely Christmas Eve in Glasgow with my cousin, bar hopping and planning some trips for next year. Hopefully I'll be able to see Japan! It's only been on my bucket list for years so fingers crossed. There was also talk of a Christmas market, and I'm planning a few trips with friends too. I better start taking on some more hours at work...
Special mention has to go to The Spiritualist (where I took the pretty tree photo) and The Spanish Butcher in Glasgow. Both are on Miller Street, and we spent a good few hours drinking delicious cocktails and feeling festive between the two. The perfect Christmas Eve.
I spent the big day relaxing in my comfiest clothes. I received some gorgeous presents, including the most beautifully packaged Acqua Di Parma Rosa Nobile (thanks mum). And now it's that time when I don't really know the day or time ever, but I'm back to work tomorrow so what better time to get back to blogging!
I hope you had a lovely Christmas! And here's hoping for a happy and healthy 2017.
I'll see you then!
(P.S. I thought I'd start the new year off with my first ever giveaway! Keep an eye out!)
